GraceKennedy Limited - Extension of Offer Period to acquire 100% issued share capital in Key Insurance Company Limited

GraceKennedy Financial Group Limited (the Offeror) hereby advises that the Closing Date of the cash offer for 313,191,734 ordinary stock units in Key Insurance Company Limited (being all the issued ordinary stock units not already held by the Offeror) as set out in Offer Circular dates January 20, 2020 has been extended from 4:30pm on February 17, 2020 to 4:30pm on March 2, 2020.
