BS&T's Register Closed on May 23rd, 2007

Please be advised that Barbados Shipping & Trading Company Limited has sent documentation to the Exchange stating that the Company’s Register was closed on May 23rd 2007. The Exchange was not notified prior to today’s date and as a result no Ex-Dividend trading could be facilitated in the security.

The Management has taken the position to remind the company as well as all other cross listed companies of its responsibilities to the shareholders and the Exchange as it pertains to disclosure of information.
The Managing Directors of all member firms were informed of this development.
