Trinidad Cement Limited – Notice to Shareholders

On Monday 18th August, 2014, TCL’s Application for an Interlocutory Injunction to restrain Mr. Kamal Ali from holding and/or otherwise proceeding with the Special (Compulsory) Meeting of Shareholders, which has been fixed for 19th August, 2014 at 5:00 p.m., was dismissed by Madame Justice Kangaloo. TCL has lodged an Appeal with the Court of Appeal, which will be heard on Tuesday 19th August, 2014, prior to the requisitioned Special (Compulsory) Meeting.
