NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64(1) (b) OF THE SECURITIES ACT 2012

Republic Bank Limited wishes to advise of the retirement of Mr. Stephen Pollard as a member of its Board of Directors with effect from 1st July, 2014.

Republic Bank Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Alison Lewis as a Director with effect from 1st July, 2014. Ms. Lewis will be replacing Mr. Pollard.
