JMMB - Change in Senior Management

Jamaica Money Market Brokers Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that Ms. Carolyn DaCosta has resigned as Company Secretary for JMMB Insurance Brokers Limited and Joan Duncan Foundation effective May 31st, 2014.

Given the expansion that has occurred within the JMMB Group over the past few years resulting in a notable widening of Ms. DaCosta’s spheres of responsibility, these resignations have been submitted with a view to allowing her to focus on particular entities within the group.

As such, the Board of Directors of these entities have appointed Mrs. Claudine Campbell-Bryan as Company Secretary.
