First Citizens Bank Limited – Change in Directorship

First Citizens Bank Limited (FIRST) has informed the Stock Exchange that at the Bank’s 17th Annual General Meeting held on Monday May 12th, 2014, the following Directors retired from the Board of FIRST with effect from May 12th, 2014:
1. Ms. Nyree D Alfonso
2. Mr. Rishi Baddaloo

FIRST also advised that at the said meeting, the following Directors were not re-elected:
1. Ms. Indu Shoba Jacelon
2. Ms. Marlene Juman
