NCBJ - Trading in Shares

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has informed the Stock Exchange of the following transactions:

- On June 4, 2013, a Director of the Company purchased 784 shares.
- On June 4, 2013, a Director of the Company purchased 12,795 shares.

The above transactions were initiated by NCB Capital Markets Limited as broker, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment programme under which shareholders set up standing instructions for dividends payable to them to be used to purchase more shares.
