NCBJ Proposed Acquisition of AIC Finance Limited

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has advised that while the companies have completed their due diligence and have received the requisite board approvals to acquire 100% of the shares of the entity, aspects of the value are still being negotiated and so the company is not yet able to comment on the price.
