Trading in shares of NCBJ

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited has informed the Exchange of the following transactions:

- On February 29, 2012, a Director of the company purchased 23,000 shares.
- On March 1, 2012, a Director of the company purchased 1,390 shares.

Both transactions were initiated pursuant to a dividend reinvestment programme under which shareholders can set up standing instructions for dividend paid to them to be used to purchase more shares. Therefore, the directors did not specifically instruct that these trades take place.
