GKC - Directors’ & Senior Managers’ Dealings in Securities

GraceKennedy Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that former Director, Mr. Erwin Burton has exercised his option to purchase 266,081 stock units which vested in his favour at July 1st, 2007, under the provision of the 2002 Stock Option Plan for Directors of GraceKennedy.
