Neal & Massy Holdings Limited has informed the Stock Exchange that the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company will be held at the Belmont Salon, Trinidad Hilton Hotel, Lady Young Road, Port of Spain, Trinidad on Friday 18th February, 2011 at 10:00am.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30th September 2010 are in the process of being printed. Copies will be forwarded to shareholders in due course and will also be available to shareholders at the Meeting.
