Delisting of Valpark Shopping Plaza Limited

This is to advise of the following:

3,696,833 Ordinary shares in Valpark Shopping Plaza Limited will be delisted and withdrawn from the Stock Exchange’s Official List effective 5th October, 2009.
The delisting and withdrawal is pursuant to an Order received from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
