RBL - Listing of Shares

This is to advise of the following:

16,007 Ordinary Shares in Republic Bank Limited will be admitted to the Official List of the Stock Exchange on Wednesday 13th August 2008, thus increasing the Company’s issued share capital to 160,407,091 Ordinary Shares.

These shares are issued under the Executive Share Option Plan for Republic Bank Limited.
